recreational lobby ( cap. 40, including kids play area, pool table, and couches)
Dance Studio (cap. 100)
2 art rooms
large grass yard next to building.
45$* per hour for use of lobby, kids play area and kitchen.
For additional seating and room you may add the dance studio and art rooms for an additional 30$ per hour
*Fee includes access to facility 1 hour prior to and after party for setup and cleanup*

Rent the entire facility for the day for 350$
** available 8am-12am, after 12am 30$ per additional hour**
